1.DEPOSIT POLICY
To secure your appointment, a deposit of 20% of the service fee is required for all bookings. (Straightening: £50)
After your appointment is booked, you will receive an SMS or Email containing a payment link for your deposit. Please complete the payment within 24 hours.
Your appointment will be confirmed once the deposit payment has been received. Please note that bookings will be automatically canceled if payment is not received within the 24-hour period.
If you cancel or reschedule your appointment with at least 24 hours’ notice, your deposit will either be refunded or applied to a new appointment.
Please note that if we do not receive notice of a cancellation or appointment change at least 24 hours prior to your appointment, regardless of the reason, or if you fail to attend your scheduled appointment (no-show), your deposit will be non-refundable.
If we are unable to process payment using your registered card, you will be required to provide an alternative payment method. Please note that future appointments may not be accepted if there is an outstanding balance on your account.
By making a booking, you acknowledge and agree to the above Deposit Policy.
2.24-hour cancellation policy
We understand that sometimes situations come up that require you to change your plans. If you must cancel or reschedule your appointment, we request at least 24 hours’ notice, if possible. This helps us protect the time of our stylists and our clients, and ensures that we can continue to deliver upon our promise of exceptional service.
Please note that deposits are non-refundable if we do not receive notice of a cancellation or appointment change at least 24 hours prior to your appointment, regardless of the reason. Deposits are also non-refundable in the event of a no-show.
Should you wish to make a new appointment, a new deposit will be required to secure your booking.
3.Late appointment policy
To respect the time of clients and staff, we ask you to be on time for your appointment.
We understand that sometimes there are unavoidable delays due to traffic and other reasons.
If you think you might be late.please contact the salon as soon as possible.
We basically provide our services on a one-on-one basis.
So if a customer who arrive more than 15 minutes late,please understand that we may not be able to provide your desired service or may ask you to reschedule.
If you arrive more than 20 minutes late, we may not be able to accommodate your service, as this could impact other clients’ appointments. In such cases, the appointment will be treated as a no-show and the deposit paid will be non-refundable.
Should you wish to rebook, a new deposit will be required to secure your appointment.
4.No- show cancellation policy
if you miss your appointment without any notice, your deposit will be non-refundable.
Please note that future bookings may require full payment in advance, and in some cases, we may be unable to accept further appointments.
4. Salon Redo Policy
At Msalon Lea our primary goal is to ensure you are completely satisfied with your hair services.
We understand that sometimes things might not turn out as expected, and we are here to make it right. This Hair Redo Policy outlines the process for requesting a redo of your service.
1. Eligibility for a Hair Redo
To be eligible for a hair redo, you must meet the following criteria:
The request must be made within two weeks of your original appointment.
You must have followed all aftercare instructions provided by your stylist.
The redo must be for the same service performed in your original appointment (e.g., colour correction, haircut adjustments).
2. We require you to contact us within 2 weeks from your appointment day if you are not happy with the results, otherwise we are not able to consider about them.

You must need to come back to show your hair and discuss if you need to redo,full refunding or part refunding depending on the situation
3. Limitations
This policy covers re-dos only and does not apply to changes in style or colour that are requested after the original appointment.
Redo services may be subject to a charge if the request is made outside the eligibility timeframe or if the redo involves a different service than originally performed.
Services performed by other salons or self-adjustments will void eligibility for a redo.
Msalon Lea reserves the right to decline a redo request.
